Currently we only sell within the Continental United States. We hope to go International soon!
We do not sell wholesale. We are a retailer only.
Payments
Currently
we utilize PayPal Checkout Express, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express. You can use your PayPal account or credit card with peace of mind. Your Credit card or Paypal account will show the purchase from The Kevel Group L.L.C.
Price Changes
We
reserve the right to change pricing at our discretion. Although, at the
time you order, the prices you see in your shopping cart will be
honored. (we wont hold the order and contact you with the latest price
change)
Coupon Codes
Coupon
codes will be honored, when valid, but only one can be used at a time.
The discount is does not apply to any taxes or shipping fees.
Security when checking out
Our
shopping cart "locks" when you enter the store. The entire store is on a secure server. Watch for the locked padlock Icon or the Key to insure that the

Taxes
We
are located in the State of Texas, so we must collect tax on
sales/orders from any county within the state. If you are ordering from
outside the State of Texas, no tax is collected on your order.
Shipping
We
use a flat rate shipping fee that is calculated on the total of your
order. Orders over $100.00 will be shipped free. We utilize UPS as much
as possible so we both can track your package after it leaves us. There
will be times when we will use USPS.

Shipping Times
Usually
orders are shipped 24 to 48 hours after receipt of the order unless it
is on the weekend or observed holiday. Orders received Friday, Saturday
and Sunday will be shipped early Monday.
Back Orders
We work hard to keep inventory levels accurate, but there
is always a possibility for a backorder. We will contact you and let
you determine if you want to hold the entire shipment until the item is
in stock or send the rest of the order, or cancel the back ordered
item.
Returns
Upon receipt of your package, any damage to the packaging
must be reported to the carrier immediately. If merchandise is damaged because
of the carrier and the buyer did not make the claim initially, the buyer will
accept the items enclosed, with no right for
return to DeliciouslyDark.com.
The buyer will be allowed 10 days from receipt of products
to make a claim for returning products. We will only accept items in original packaging, unworn, unused, and in good condition.
Any return must be approved through DeliciouslyDark.com. The
buyer will contact DeliciouslyDark.com with the
reason for return, and we will assign a return authorization (RA) number
to your claim.
This RA number MUST be written on
the shipping label of the returned package or the package will not be accepted.
We will refund shipping and
handling charges only if the error was ours. Any reimbursement will be made in
one of these forms:
• Replacement or Exchange
• Credit (only to the original credit/debit card used)
